okay my best friend tells me seh doesnt need help when she cuts herself, cant get over this girl(shes bi, im NOT) that broke her heart 8 months ago, is failing school, smokes, drinks, gets high, and yea she is in trouble almost all the time. i have been trying to help her for the past three years. i dont kno what else to do. ive told adults at school but her dad refuses to get her help. ive been there for her,stuck with her. ive done everything i can possibly think of.her mother od'd when she was six. so please give me some thoughts on what i could or should do or say to her. something to motivate her.is it tru that some people just cant be helped no matter how much you care about them?
