I'm going to start eating right to stay at a perfect , healthy weight area. Does anyone have any like Menu's for the day ( or any websites that would have some ) that a 13 year old girl would accutally eat?
I'll rate high for good help! xOx (btw, im not fat I just wanna lose a few excess baby fat pounds maybe 3-5)

morning: eat some low-fat cereal with 1% milk
snack: eat something like a granola bar
lunch: eat like some sort of sandwich like peanut butter or turkey.
snack: something like a gronola bar
dinner: meat products some nights, fruit, vegtables, and avoid fast-food resturants.
every morning, eat breakfast or something, and REMEMBER YOUR VITAMINS!! :) hope i helped.
