im like 5'3" and 106 lbs.. im skinny but i kinda have a chubby stomach. like you can only notice it if i bend over and the fat is there. i mean if i was standing up straight it looks like i need to keep eating. i want a nice stomach almost like a six pack but not so strong like..lol okay so does anyone know any good excercises to make my tummy slimmer? please help!!

You can tone your stomach/abs by doing crunches and sit ups and any other abdominal exercises.
