exercises???

Hey i got some stomach flab (i think). I mean I'm a good weight but my stomach is poochy. Well i was just wonderin if there were any successful work-outs i could be doing to get rid of this. All my guy friends say it would make me look alot better even though I'm hot already. Please help!!

P.S. I rate high if good advice

Hi, every night do about 20 sit- ups. If you keep doing that your stomach is be tight and al muscle, no fat!

Try aerobics,swimming,crunchies,sit ups. They usually work.

I think you should do a little thing i like to call continuous ab's!!! here it goes
-25 reg. crunches
-25 right foot on left knee touching your left elbow to right knee
-25 right foot straight up in the air
-25 right leg extended straight out infront of you about 3 inches from the floor
-25 reg. crunches
-25 left foot on right bent knee touching your right elbow to left knee
-25 left leg straight up in air
-25 leg straight out infront 3 inches from ground

- then do all tat over again going in sets of 5, and then 10

- then do that little bicycle thingy going as fast as you can

- remember this is called continuous ab's for a reason!!! you cant pause inbetween the exercises

You're hot already, but you're fat? Not possble! I would say Sit ups, all day and all night. DOnt think anything but sit ups. Even in school, dont sit in your chair, do sit ups. You'll have a rock hard bod soon. And then you can tell guys to punch it, and tey'll break their fists cuz its so hard!

You just need to tone your stomach/abs by doing crunches, sit ups, side crunches, and by running or jogging. If you want other exercises, then check out the fitness section of [Link](Mouse over link to see full location).
