hey all i am thinking about joining track next year when i am in 10th grade and i am just wondering of what should i do to start practing for track like should i start running more often or eating alot of vegetables things like that.

Have rabid dogs chase after you. Cuz if you slow down, you'll get eaten! That would be bad. So you'll keep running for you life and you'll get better and faster.

It depends on whether you're planning on doing distance or sprinting. If you're going to do distance, you should do at least 3 a day at first and then work up to 4 and 5. If you're doing sprinting first get some basic endurance then start working on your speed endurance by doing 200's or 400's at the track. Don't drink soda its really bad for runners and also eat a lot of carbs but don't over do it and also iron is VERY important!
