the guy i have been telling you about has just broken up with his gf and he told my best friend he wants to go back out with me but i dont know if she told him i liked him or not. and then he told another bunch of my friend that he wants to go back out with me. do you think he really means it or is he just kidding? i know this aint alot to go by but thats all i can think of what happened. sry

I think if he told a bunch of your friends that he likes you it is probably true. He wouldn't have told so many otherwise. I think you can safley let him know how you feel. He has to know how he feels would have gotten back to you. Go have a talk with him about it. :)
