Well if you drink soda a lot, then cutting back and gradually quitting will help you lose about 5 lbs in a week or two. Cut back on carbs, but dont take them out of your diet because your body needs them in order to live. Replace junk food with fruits, veggies, and salads. Dont eat late or skip meals. Eat 5 small meals instead of 3 to boost your metabolism. Exercise 3-5 days and drink tons of water. :)
