I take it that you did not watch the speech, as he said in plain english(the man never uses big words) that we are running out of fuel. looks like the rolling brownouts and gas lines are going to begin some time in the near future. I'm sure that will affect your TV viewing time as well. have fun watching the O.C. when your television doesn't work.
