i want to put my picture in the little picture slot but it told me i cant bececause something about 15k to large i think. pleze help.

You need to upload your picture to an image hosting site such as [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). Once you upload your picture, copy the new URL, go back to your Profile Settings, and paste the URL into the "URL of a picture of you" section and save your work. This allows you to have a picture on your column that is greater than 15k.
