okay, i dumped my boyfriend and then someone else asked me out, i said yes bc i started having feelings for him, my ex i think hates me but i want too be rly close still bc i dont wanna loose that and i have no clue wut to do? please help on wut i can do to show i still care

okayy well first put yourself in this persons place ( your ex ) if you really liked this kid and he broke up with you, and went out with someone else would you be upset? Its going to take some time for your ex to get over you and accept the fact that you have moved on and he has to do the same. Being really close with him is up to the both of u to make a friendly relationship to last. Its hard after breaking up with sumone to just be friends and act like everything is okay. Just re-assure him that you'll always be there for him, that you care. If he accepts and understands where your coming from he won't want to loose you ethier.
