OMG!!!The love of my life broke up with me and i am always wishing to see him in public so maybe he will like me again and its so hard i cant get over him...help how do i get over him!!I am 14 and i am a girl

If he broke up with you, then there is basically no chance of you two getting back together. He probably still has feelings for you because it takes a while to let go of someone. If you want to get over him, then start looking for other guys or hang out with your friends. Your friends should help you get over your ex. You will get over him eventually, it just takes time, that's all.
