What should i do?
Hey well im in 8th grade and this kid i like is in 9th grade. He really likes me to and he wants to ask me out. I live in irondequoit and he lives in webster ((NY)) maybe like a 15 20 min ride max. And so we really like eachother and he wants to ask me out. Only problem is i cant go out yet i have no clue why my parents are just dumb @$$es like that and dont want me to, so i wouldnt be able to see him like i would want to. He wants me to talk to my parents about it. But i just cant talk to my parents like that we dont talk much and stuff and they would get really mad i just know it and i just cant trust me. So he wants me to figure out something but i dont know what to do im just so lost can you help PLEASE

OK if i were in your situation, i would definately want the guy. So maybe start off by hanging out with him, maybe go out with him but not tell your parents yet. Maybe go to the movies and meet him..bring a group of friends..hang out like that for awhile..and just go out with him anyway. Then when you and your mom have some one on one time, bring up dating and how you really would like to be allowed to date a guy. Promise they can meet him and everything. If they keep saying no no no..if it were me i wouldnt be able to accept that so i would keep seeing him anyway, when he calls just say hes a friend, etc. I know sneaking behind your parents back isnt the greatest thing, but its not like your having sex/doing drugs..your just going out with a nice guy who you like and likes you back.
