Hi ... First of all you shouldn't be scared to tell him that u like him. You've got absolutely nuthin' to lose. If he told his brother to tell you to ask him out, then he's as scared as you are too (which shouldn't be). So take up the courage. From wat I've read, i think you should take that chance and ask him out, ( Lolz ... but isn't it a pity that nowadays, some guys don't have the nerves to ask girls out?) and when you do, he'll respect the fact that you're more brave than he is). Go for it. I did it once. And I'm glad I did.
