im going to a party this weekend with my friend justin and im not sure what to wear....im 17/f...i havent really ever been to a party before because im not realli the partying type but his friends having some big party and wants me to go and iwanna go with him..so im not sure how im suppose to dress like casual or sort or more dressy or like something id wear to school.... how do most people dress? should i wear sneakers or shoes?.... dont tell me to wear what i want or whatever i feel comfortable in cuz thats not what im looking for...the weather is only like the 50s at most here where i live so no shorts or anything but maybi flip flops or sandals ....no sweaters tho ....

If not then ask Justin to ask the person holding the party-it's not embarrassing-I bet loads of people will be asking the same question!
If I were you I'd play safe- wear some jeans but not too scruffy ones, a fitted t-shirt or top and some funky flip flops or something. It's always the safe way to dress more casually but then have accessories which can brighten your outfit up so you seem more fashion conscious. You can always put a smarter top in your bag in case everyone else is smarter.
And remember-if you're going to wear flip flops or opened toed shoes-sort out the nails!!
