Tummy and cheeks weight out for soccer and track

OK... i rate rather high... i have pretty muscular legs and fine arm size... but the only things that bugg me is my cheeks and tummy fat... does anyone know how to get rid of it... im in track and soccer so i think if i lost some lbs i can get better... track im a long jumper, sprinter, long distance,and shot puter (thats how i get arms)... and soccer i play D and maybe Mid and Offense... does anyone know how to get rid of tummy and cheeks fat... thanks a bunch
