i was wondering how do you make your picture on the computer look like a cartoon? what program do i need, photoshop? would paint shop pro work because i have that. there soo cool!

go there and download photogfiltre!! its free and you can do ANYTHING with the picture

I know you can make regular pictures into cartoons using Paint Shop Pro because my friend did it once. I'm sure if you check out the help section of your Paint Shop Pro and type in "cartoon" in the help search thing, it will tell you.
