I fancy this boy in my year but I never talk to him at all I know all you people out there are just going to say that I'm a looser and I should forget it but I can't .

heyy .. well really the only thing you can do is forget about him unless you want to try to talk to him you could also send him some eye contact and smiles and who knows maybe he will talk to you first you could also try flirting when you feel a little bit better about the situation

you could try talking to him, or flirt a little and see if he does back. You can never say you dont have a chance if you never try.
I was in your situation a few weeks ago but i decided that i wanted to talk to him so i did and things turned out great. :)
Just dont go to fast because you caould scare the guy off. So when he looks at you smile or look at him and then shyly turn away. Guyz always seem to dig that lol.
