how many calories does one sit up burn. How many would i have to do to burn 1 pound?

running one mile is bout 300 calories depending on the speed. u not gonna make it on only sit ups, try running long distances at slower paces. i have to run 5 miles a day for bball and i dont even play against others teams cause i livin in africa, but it burns the calories wit ease. so dont do it the level i do, but running is the best way to burn wieght

Well, I know it takes 3,500 calories that are burned to lose one pound but I've tried looking about the number of calories you burn if you do one sit up and I couldn't find anything. You probably don't lose that much in one sit up. You would have to do a lot to burn 3,500 calories.
