Question Posted Wednesday April 20 2005, 9:15 pm

i know what you mean because my freinds used to cut but i helped them stop because cutting yourself isnt healthy what i told them to do is insted of takeing it out on themselves take it out on like a piece of paper (crumple it up, rip it,ect.) or you could start to play a sport so you dont have time to stay home and feel alone and it gets you to met new people and keeps you fit!

i hope i helped! feel free to ask anymore questions or if u just want to talk to someone emial my inbox!

~cam
