Plug your ipod into the computer and go to "my computer" and click on the drive the ipod is. It'll then come up with the folders for contacts and calendar- then just click on them and you can type stuff into the program which when saved will display on your ipod!

If you have an iMAC this is only way to do this. If you don't have iSYNC on your computer, downlaod this. Once you have loaded and have iSYNC open, plug your iPOD in. Click on the iPOD symbol. Once you click on it you should see "Load contacts?" and "Load calendar?" Check both of them. Once you've done that that should all load with your next upload.
