I have been eating really healthy since last monday (fruit, salads, etc and have been walking an average of 2-3 miles a day. i have not cheated with nunk food AT ALL. how many pounds do you think I could lose by May 20th?

Well, I don't know how your body works and how it loses weight and such but if you keep on staying with what you are doing, you'll lose any where from 10-25 pounds. That may not be the correct amount of pounds you will lose but you will lose around that many pounds.
