ok im the person who wrote the question. you said i should just tell him, well that i know but i dont know when to or when not to cuz i'll feel awkward and he is always with someone. and i cant tell him on the phone because hes grounded, and i realli want to tell him but i dont know if that will make a difference or not because i realli dont know if he still likes me or not i mean everyone tells me he still does. do you think i should have one of my friends ask him if he likes me then if he does tell him or just do it anyways? please help i am way to confused. thanx

Okay, since he is grounded and always with someone, I think you should have one of your friends asks who he likes. If he says you then tell her to tell him that you like him too. If everyone is telling you that he does like you, then chances are he probably does. So don't be afraid to tell him you like him. What is the worst that could happen? Tell him in school like in a note or something, or pull him aside. You can always hang out with him alone after school or something too. Hope I have helped. I tried!
