Hey. I'm a 13 year old girl. Today I was at the doctor's, and when they weighed me and check my height, they told me I was 5'6 and 104 pounds. My question is, why I am gaining so much weight? The last time I was at the doctor's (less than 4 months ago), I weighed 97 lbs. I know that that's pretty thin for someone my age and height, but is it healthy for me to gain around 7 pounds in this amount of time? Also, how much *should* I weigh?
Also, I'm kinda afraid that if I keep on adding so much weight, I'll end up being really heavy... so should I continue eating the amount I currently am?
