sims 2 university

ok, in the sims 2 university it shows on the box adn stuff that theres a "home plastic surgery kit", but i cant find it ANYWHERE. ive looked through everything... anybody know where it is? thanks

I am not quite sure, but try google. I have the SIms expansion, and I found alot of stuff like that on google. Tell me what you find!
