Ok here it is my best friend has a sister who is older but pretty, smart, and funny. Im totly attracted to her. See im 16 and she is 21, we always talk and im always complimenting her on how good she looks. What should i do? I really like her and i do not think age really matters!

umm... lets see... tell her u like her, tho it is illegal for her to do anything with you. all b/c of your age difference. just tell her how you feel. who knows she could like you. plus if u r a hottie then totally go for her!!
