i need advice

i like this boy just a liitle bit maybe 80% of 100%. I think he likes me too. but he goes out with my friend.do u think i should go with him, if they break up because he asked me out before but i didn't answer him. my friends tried to get us hooked up but it didn't work.can u please help me.

why would you go out with a boy who you friend just went out with. you say that you like him 80% out of 100% if you like a boy you should like him 100%
