The hole you insert a tampon into is completely different to the hole you pee out of. Peeing wont affect your tampon whatsoever.

When you urinate, you shouldn't leak if you have inserted the tampon in correctly because they aren't meant to leak when you do urinate but if your tampon is in wrong, then yes you may leak.

If you have got it up right then when you pee it should stay dry.
