hmmm. interesting question. i think the girl making the first move is fun... as long as she has all the right signals to proceed with the guy. i think its cool for the girl to make the first move... but its just as cool for the guy to make it too. i don't feel like tongue is always necessary. but everybody is different and has a different preference. you should just do what feels good for you... and the person you are kissing of course. use tongue to show you want the person, to show that you need them. other times, maybe your just in the mood to kiss them to let them know that they are special and you like them alot. a kiss without tongue can often mean much more than a kiss with. so do whatever you want. the one good thing about kissing is it's pretty much rules-free. you can do whatever you like with it.
