im 14 and a male. im incredibbly shy when it comes to girls. i will say the bare mininimum when they talk to me and will never start a converstaion with one mysyself. this is getting in the way because i have never had a gf. im not ugly coz girls have told me that . im just sooo shy. any tips on making it eiseir to talk to girls?

If you are too shy to talk to girls then try asking other guys. Ask them what they do and talk with. And when the girls come to talk to you, talk back. Even if you're just saying yes and no (shaking your head is irritating sometimes). And when they ask you something or try to talk to you about something get involved, say what your thinking. Try to be funny, share what's in your head. Being shy is cute but other times it's annoying when a girl is trying to make you fit in and trying to talk to you and you don't say anything. Find that girl you especially wanna impress and then start by trying to talk to her. I hope this helps!
