My friends all say I'm still skinny, but I have gained 5 pounds in two weeks! Ever since I had to stop competative cheerleading I can't seem to commit to a workout routine or a healthy eating plan! Help summers almost here!

BlueEyedBlondie725 answered Sunday April 10 2005, 12:12 am: Every night before you go to sleep, do some situps.. atleast 25 each night.. you want to do more.. EXCELLENT! Drink water, not as much junk food, if you're going to eat junk food, atleast don't eat as MUCH of it, little portions would be better. Don't eat like 10 meals a day, just calm down alittle bit on it. And if you really want to, go and run alittle bit. Once you start working out, you'll just get use to it every night. You just have to keep your mind to it and you'll be able to do it. But, don't stop eating (first of all thats not good to do), because then if you stop eating and then start at it once again, you'll gain more weight. So, make sure you eat!!
