Question Posted Saturday April 9 2005, 4:06 pm

Well...

I am going to be in a wedding soon, and the dress just came yesterday,(( i orderd it on in december)) and i just tried it on... It fit, but if i gain 1 more lbs i am not going to be able to fit into it!! I am only 120lbs, but i really need to loose 10 lbs so i can fit "comfortibly" (sp) in the dress. (( The Wedding isn't until July)) What should I do to loose 10 lbs?

well just excersize and eat right. dont do those whole low carbs no carb. or low calorie thinggs. those are crap. just make sure you eat 3 healthy meals a day. and excersize almost every day. and you are sure to keep your wieght, maybe even lose some. also i would cut out all the fast food. junk food candy soda stuff. maybe have one thing like .. every week. and thats that.
hope i helped
