I don't know how it doesn't apply I can't find a Utah Lawyer who will even talk too me.The newspaper here said "I'll be doing Hurricane (our little town) a big favor getting all the white trash out" He's got to be a mean hearted man with no ethics or any kind of value system. Going now to contact a Nevada Lawyer. Oh and the news didn't think this was a news worthy story. I DO! We may try picketing or some other such nonsence I RELLY HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHAT TO DO??? There will be a community meeting at my house tommorrow???.......Barb

I guess what I am curious about is why you haven't gotten in touch with the renter's rights groups I gave you links to. Just because they are not in Utah does not mean they don't know someone who is, or are able to assist in some other way. Some federal statutes may also apply, which they may be able to point you to.
I am a computer repair guy, not a lawyer, not a rights advocate. I don't know what else to tell you. I have done 5 hours of legwork on your case, and you need to get the people in your park doing some of it too. You can't do it all yourself, nor is it right to get someone else (who doesn't live there) to do it for you.
