ok so is it ok to just have friends with benefits and ask a guy if he wants to just hook up cuz thats what i want with my ex boyrfriend

yea it's ok, as long as the guy knows you don't want anything more. and as long as he feels the same way. then again... it might be a little weird having that with an ex, but if it's ok with both of you and you don't feel awkward, go for it.
