hi mii name is Regina and i really wanna get a dog but mi mom is still thinkin about it =/ how should ii encourage her that its a good idea nd that im responsible eenough, i mean i am 14 now!!

Hi Regina. I think that the only thing you can do is wait now. I know from experience that if you really want something bad then you tend to keep asking over and over again if they've made up their mind. If u don't say anything then they might say no but there's a better chance of them saying yes because they're not as annoyedd.
One time I kept asking and my mom's like.. I was just about to say yes but since u keep bugging me about it then maybe I will have to change my mind..
