Could you dye a dog's coat blue without recoloring its eyes.

Now, for dying your dog's coat. You could try swishing him around in a toilet like in 'Meet the Fockers.' or
You know those at-home hair dying kits, (like Herbal Essences) I'm not sure, but i bet it could work on a dog's hair too. Of course, you might have trouble finding an unsual color like blue. But the hardest problem is getting him to stay still while you apply it. That's up to you to figure out.
Now what was that about changing its eye color? If you're asking whether blue would clash with its natural eye color (most dogs have brown eyes) I don't... think so? Brown and blue are the newest color trends for spring. Or you could buy a dog with blue eyes. Or you could just accept your dog the way it is. I'm not really sure what this question was asking.
