Can you get pregnant by swallowing guys cum? I known it sounds stupid but i need to know. Also what are other words for cum?

Nope. The only way to get pregnant is if the cum enters through the vagina. Other than that, your okay!

No, you can't get pregnant by swallowing cum but you can get STD's. If you could, I could only imagine how many girls would be pregnant where I lived. Another word for cum is semen.
