Oh dear god! Damn, I swear. I think that what he thinks about girls and love and everything is like a big great game. But if you still really like him and everything...then just full on tell him. Get that off your chest and just move on. If he has no reaction then forget him. But if you want then you can still continue to like him and whatever, then go for it. But if you're going to want to wait for him until he breaks up with the other chick, then forget it. But mainly if you want to wait go for it, if you don't then just tell him how you feel and move on. I wish you luck!
