Well sometimes people can become obsessive over others, and we know thats not good. Let this person know that they need to back off a little bit. If they don't then tell someone like a parent and see what they can do. If its the type thats calling you, and won't leave you alone on the internet then block his or her screen name, and don't pick up phone calls because thats the worst thing you can do.
