hey! you don't know who this is but my BEST FRIEDN is having boyfriend problems right now, and i want to help her out but i don't really kno how 2 help her. I think i am making the matters worse! I just don't know what to tell her or how to help her like stay calm. I want but i don't know what to say! tHEN i have another friend who likes the same guy that I like but i don't want to mess up our friendship. I keep telling mself that I am over him, but it just aint working. Every time I EVEN LOOK AT HIM i get cold chills up and down my back, and my whole inside crumbles. All i can do is smile, i fell like a total dork! But its nothing I can do about it! Wut can I do to help my friend? and wut should I do about the guy? HELP ME!

well..about your friend..if shes having problems with her boyfriend then help any way you can..but also just let her work things out with him or talk to her or him or both of them at the same time. but if its between them just let them work it out themselves unless one of them wants you to help with somethin specifically. and about the guy you and your friend likes...dont worry about it. you cant make yourself be over him or anything. like him if you do and if yall go out thats great just remember your friend too and she'd do the same about you if he liked her. just dont ruin a friendship thats aLL i CaN sAy!! dont worry yourself over anything and i hope i helped. take car girl
