when you give a guy head... where is like that one nerve or whatever that your spose to get and how do you actually give head??

Well.. I'm not a guy, so I can't exactly tell you where that nerve is.. You'd have to do it and see where he reacts the best, I guess... And well, to do it.. It's a blow job, really.. You suck and massage and all that other fun stuff around his penis.. thats about it.. I hope I helped a little, at least.. I'm not exactly the best person to ask about this:-)
