by end of june by the end of june i want to have toned abs. im 5'7" and about 115 lbs. i am not looking to loose numbers i only want to tone up my stomach. is it possible and how? i rate 5s to serious answers. thanks!

a good rutien to get good abs is doing 40 sit-ups everyother day and 15 pushups in between. u can like add more to each set like instead of 40 you go for 45, usually on a weekly basis. wat ever you do, dont try and do all of them at the same time. try doin like 4 sets of 10 sit-ups so you dont tire yourself out. i hope i helped ya. ]
