OH MY GOSH!!!! thats like the exact same situation i used to be in but now over him i got a new man and its all good.

here are the ways:
1.remind yourself of what he did to you and how much he should pay.
2.Think aout how much he's gonna want you when ur over him.
3.get a new boyfriend or flirt buddy
4.make limits for yourself like dont talk to him more than once or twice a day for 10 -30 mins at a time.
5.tel urself that you're over him.

-HOPE I HELPED:)
