Whats the best way to overcome fear? I find that I will often build up courage yet when it comes time to stand I usually draw back. Can a girl ever love a shy person?
Much Thanks

If you just GO FOR IT once... you will realize how much you have been missing, and it will become easier everytime you do it. It's kind of like me and getting shots (haha bad annalogy I know) But I am terrified of shots, and everytime I know Im gonna get one I just tell myself that Im GONNA let them do it, and once I get to the doctor I start falling apart. And when they tell me iM gonna forreal have to get a shot, its like the words automatically make my entire body shake. And usually they have to wait for me to stop shaking before they can give it to me...this has taken up to 45 minutes before... and its like I want to let them do it so bad and be brave, but I just cant. If you want something bad enough and you just do it, you will realize how easy it really is and if you continue to use that method things will get easier every time. And Yes, a lot of girls love shy guys. Hope this helps but I KNOW how hard it is to overcome fear, even as I am giving you this advice I still find it hard to follow when I am scared about something but I do know fear is mental and if you can go for it, itll be all good from then on! :) [ EliseGrayce's advice column | Ask EliseGrayce A Question ]
