My ex-b/f goes out with my Best Friend, Cara

Question Posted Thursday March 17 2005, 3:11 pm

Well.. I'm 16/f. A while ago my boyfriend and I broke up and we fought a LOT afterwards. We were always fighting. So then we finally started becoming friends again and I started to like him again. Then he went out with my best friend, Cara. So now I don't know what to do. I feel really awkward when I'm with them. He really loves her.. but still.

Hey. It sounds like what you should do for now is try to be supportive of your ex because if he really does love her, then maybe its not meant to be with you and him... at least not for now. In high school people abuse the hell out of the word love so you never know if he means it. considering its your best friend and your ex i'd say try not to make waves. Maybe in the future they will break up.... and you will be his shoulder to cry on. But if not... dont try to break them up because you'll lose the friendships
