hey i like this gurl alot and she has just found that out... the only problem is is that she doesnt even look at me as a friend. she likes this other guy and shes been liken him for like 3 years...they are really good friends but they are not bf and gf...i talked to her about it and all shes told me is that she likes other guys just not me... i never had a gf and my self confidence is extremely low :( and i just dont kno what to do... i want to like someone and kno that they like me back the same exact way i like them... any advice would be appriciated

Aww, you need to just let go of this girl and move on because she shouldn't say that she doesn't like you. You probably are a great guy and you don't deserve that. If she has been liking this guy for 3 years, then she really does and you just need to move on. You need to start talking to girls that would like you. Start flirting and show girls that you are interested in them. You will find a girlfriend someday, don't worry.
