im really worried about my friend. i know her through soccer but i havnt seen her in a while. i heard she was having some problems but i didnt know how serious they were. today she imed me on aol saying she was going to kill herself. i didnt know whether to believe her or not, but it scared me. what should i do??

Dear scared,
Well personally through experience most of the time the people who say there going to kill them sleves dont do it right away so IF she was serious shes probobly still thinking about it, but its better be safe than sorry! i think you should first try to talk to her about it and if it doesnt work you should either tell your parents, her parents, or someone at school. like i said its better to be safe than sorry because you never know she could really be seriouse and if you dont tell someone and she ends up killing her self you may feel like you could have done something! but now you can!
