I myself have never completely ever gotten over a girl I've evr liked. He prolly still likes you but he's scared to ask you out. Or maybe he thinks if he gets together with you he'll just hurt you even more. If his g/f depressed with him she should break it off because he doesn't make her happy anymore. Don't try to stop loving him. Something as complicated as love shouldn't be forced. It's a natural substance and should stay natural.
