jcpennypanties answered Monday February 28 2005, 5:29 pm: Its as effective as any other pill, just because its low-cycle ( which is how much hormone each pill has in it ) does not mean it doesnt protect against pregnanacy as well as others. There are different types of dosages some are high and some are low it is simply to keep you from spottin in between periods, because some girls require higher hormones to keep from spotting between periods.
