I think that you should go up to him and talk. If your parents will let you ask HIM out. It might seem weird but It just might work. I did that once and It turned out that he liked me also. If Alexis turned down Patrick, he is probably sad or hurt and needs someone to talk to if this girl somewhat broke his heart, since he liked her. If you still like him, talk to him and tell him how you feel. It may make him feel better, if he wasn't feeling that good in the first place.
