hey sonia! first of all medical school-that is awesome!!! congrats about your ambitions medical school is definitely a huge deal. you asked me how to "live life smart and with confidence" let me tell you the first and foremost important thing is to live life to please yourself. Your first goal in life should be to make yourself happy and to accomplish all the goals you have set for yourself-if you live your life to make everyone else happy, parents, friends, boyfriend, then you will never find genuine happiness. If you aren't genuinely happy, you can't be confident in what you are doing. The way you talk should not influence the way people view you but unfortunately people are superficial and they pass judgment on others because they are different. If it is really important to you that you are able to speak more correctly then i would seek the help of a speech therapist who can help you to develop your speech skills. If it is something that isn't really a priority then please don't worry about it and be fonfident that you are a bright young individual with ambitious goals in the medical field. In terms of guys seeking you out, maybe you need to be the brave one, step outside your bubble and take initiative to introduce yourself to guys-a suggestion might be to ask a few guys in your classes if they would like to study with you sometime. I know its hard but sometimes putting yourself out there can be very rewarding. It sounds like you are a smart girl with a lot going on! Keep yourself busy and have trust yourself, the boys will inevitably follow! best of luck and let me know how everything turns out-xoxoxo sar
